The Palmcroft is conveniently located in Paradise Valley and just a ten minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. 

The Space:
- 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house plus a casita with bathroom
- Unique space for photographs and social media content creation
-  2 car garage for guest use, with plenty of additional parking on-site
- Well equipped kitchen
- The home is equipped with WiFi SmartTVs and Youtube TV live service, you may also log into your own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, Etc.) There is no traditional cable TV
- Outdoor swimming pool with four loungers and multiple seating areas
- Cornhole and board games for your entertainment

- Early Arrivals / Late Departures: Available for a fee, pending availability
- Access: Home is equipped with a keypad and instructions will be provided at check in
- A remote is provided for the garage
- Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional $195 - $245 (depending on season) per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days.
- The pool is not fenced so please be mindful of children 
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use

Rules, Regulations, and Policies:
- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided.
- No pets allowed. Subject to fines of up to $500 per pet. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- No smoking allowed. Subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the neighboring properties’ peace and enjoyment are prohibited and may result in eviction without refund and fines up to $5,000. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning. 
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- The card holder on the payment card used for the reservation must match the main booking guest on the Rental Agreement. 
- Per Paradise Valley ordinances any guests with a verified sex offender history will be asked to cancel their reservation at their expense.
- A complete guest list must be provided within 48 hours of booking and a sex offender background check must be performed on every guest staying the night at the property.

Per Paradise Valley Ordnance 2022-03 The Follow Must Be Displayed:
- You must meet in person with the owner of this property during check-in. The owner will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
- You must not use this property for any of the uses identified in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets any violation thereof shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00 in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
- The use of this short-term rental to house sex offenders is prohibited.
- The owner of this short-term rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

- 14-29 days prior to arrival date:  50% Refund
- 14 days or less prior to arrival date:  No Refund, minus cleaning fee if applicable

This place was the perfect spot for our group. Our kids loved the bright colors, the game station, and the pool. Its tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but its close to Old Town and other activities. Definitely recommend!

A few things that I don't want to leave in the overarching review or impacted our stay by any means, but that I'm sure someone out there would leave in a review or make a fuss about, unfortunately. 1. Doors - the front door and the back french doors by the kitchen round table were tricky to figure out how to lock throughout the weekend. I think the front door was very likely more user error than anything so maybe just directions posted would do the trick, but the back french doors definitely seemed to be more broken than anything as the hardware kept popping out when trying to lock and close and we would have to put back in. We ended up just keeping the front door locked and using the garage when going places, and moving the kitchen table closer in front of the french doors when away/sleeping but I am sure for some individuals this could be a huge issue for matter of safety. 2. Pool seating - for a large group, we ran out of the layout chairs pretty quick and a lot of people ended up laying out/sitting on the ground. Again, wasn't a huge issue for us as we had a younger group with a few moms and aunts, but for someone this may be something they would be loudly vocal about. 3. The house number sign coming from one direction was covered by a plant...I'm so sorry I can't remember directionally which way, but something we noticed that I wanted to pass along. Again, was not a big deal for us at all! Thank you again for the most enjoyable stay! If there is anything else I can do to help in terms of reviews, pictures for adv, etc. I am more than happy to do so!
