Are your pools heated?
Most of our Paradise Valley homes have pools that are heated through the winter months and cooler times of the year. Pricing varies (October, November, March + April  ~$195 per day) (December, January + February ~$245 per day). Pricing may vary to reflect current market gas prices.
 

Do your pools have fences?
The property pools do not have fences, but the home is equipped with door safety features.
 

Do you provide hair dryers?
All of our bathrooms include a hair dryer.
 

What kitchen essentials do you provides?
Luxekey provdes a fully stocked kitchen which includes all tableware and essential equipment needed to cook and serve meals.
 

Do you provide coffee and tea?
Startup of coffee and tea is provided, along with a full stock of coffee filters, sugar and creamer.
 

Do you provide towels?
Each property is stocked with bath, hand, makeup and pool towels to accomodate the maximum sleeping capacity.
 

Do you provide paper towels and toilet paper?
We do provide two rolls of paper towels and plenty of toilet paper, although guests may need to replenish depending on use and length of the stay.
 

Do you provide hand soap and toiletries?
We provide soap at each sink and luxury travel size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel + body lotion) in each bathroom.
 

Do you provide pool toys?
We do not provide pool toys. At times, there are pool floats or noodles left from a previous guest and you are welcome to use them. 
 

Do you have a washing machine and dryer?
All of our Paradise Valley homes have a washing machine, dryer and a starter supply of laundry detergent.
 

Do you have inflatable beds?
Each property designates, in its listing, if an air mattress is available to use in a common space.
 

Can I request an early arrival or late departure?
Of course! Pending availability, we offer early arrival or late departure for a nominal fee. Please send your request to Guest Experience and we will confirm if availability a few days prior to your arrival.
